Refund policy

Returns & Refunds We want you to be happy with your order. You can return an item within 7 days of delivery. Conditions:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories.
Items that arrive damaged, defective or wrong will be replaced or refunded at no cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or video.
For change-of-mind returns, the return delivery fee may be deducted from your refund. Cash on Delivery orders: please check your parcel when the courier arrives. Once a return is received and inspected, we refund the amount you paid by bank transfer or another agreed method within 7 business days, or offer an exchange. How to start a return: contact us via WhatsApp or email (thesmartnestshop@gmail.com) with your order number. We will arrange pickup or explain how to send the item back.
