Terms of service

These terms apply to all purchases made on the Smartora online store. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Orders: an order is confirmed only after we verify it with you by phone or WhatsApp. We may cancel orders that cannot be confirmed, that contain incomplete or false details, or where a product is out of stock.
2. Prices and payment: prices are shown in the store currency and include delivery unless stated otherwise. Payment is cash on delivery. Prices and availability may change; the price at the time of your confirmed order applies.
3. Delivery: delivery times are estimates (see our Shipping Policy). We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control.
4. Returns: handled under our Refund Policy.
5. Product information: we try to describe products and show images accurately. Colours and small details may vary slightly. Products are for normal personal use and are not medical devices.
6. Liability: to the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
7. Privacy: we use your details only to process and deliver your order, as described in our Privacy Policy.
